Our history

We have been building in Slovakia since 2010. Despite our humble beginnings as a small company, we have been one of the most modern and progressive developers in Slovakia.

We have established ourselves on the market, particularly by always offering our customers a healthier alternative and higher housing standards.

From day one, we have tasked ourselves with making each new project a step better than the last. From smaller projects in our early days, we gradually grew and moved towards larger and more ambitious developments in cooperation with the biggest names in world’s architecture and urbanism. Throughout the years, we have successfully revitalized multiple brownfields in Bratislava, converting them into vibrant urban neighbourhoods.

We solidified our position as leaders in ecological development by obtaining a certification for constructing the most environmentally friendly building in Slovakia and Slovenia, where we operate since 2018.. In 2022, we have also opened our office in Prague, Czechia.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized certification system for the sustainability and quality of buildings. This certificate provides independent confirmation that the building has been designed and built in a way that enhances its performance in all relevant areas. It is also a world-renowned symbol of success and progress in environmental sustainability.

LEED-certified buildings are characterized by being highly energy efficient and economical. However, the way they affect people is of paramount importance. LEED not only evaluates the quality of buildings but most importantly also provides a framework for designing buildings that are environmentally friendly and serve as a pleasant and healthy place to work and live in.

Einpark - The greenest administrative building in Slovakia

Work is where we spend most of our time and it is therefore extremely important that it becomes a place which supports our health and well-being.

Why LEED?

Among other things, LEED certification helps us to demonstrate our philosophy. It proves that we adhere to our goal of building responsibly, sustainably and with a strong emphasis on people’s needs. Buildings with this certification represent a great investment due to their lasting value. In addition, they are much more attractive to both domestic and foreign investors, who can be sure that the building meets the same uncompromising standards as the greenest buildings all over the world.

CORWIN projects and LEED

Our project Einpark Offices is the first administrative building in Slovakia to receive the LEED Platinum certificate which makes it not only the greenest but also the healthiest office building in the country. Blumental Offices, the headquarters of our company, has reached the GOLD level, which also guarantees an excellent working environment for our employees. An environment that is beneficial to their health, increases productivity and ensures their comfort.
