Our history

We have been building in Slovakia since 2010. Despite our humble beginnings as a small company, we have been one of the most modern and progressive developers in Slovakia.

We have established ourselves on the market, particularly by always offering our customers a healthier alternative and higher housing standards.

From day one, we have tasked ourselves with making each new project a step better than the last. From smaller projects in our early days, we gradually grew and moved towards larger and more ambitious developments in cooperation with the biggest names in world’s architecture and urbanism. Throughout the years, we have successfully revitalized multiple brownfields in Bratislava, converting them into vibrant urban neighbourhoods.

We solidified our position as leaders in ecological development by obtaining a certification for constructing the most environmentally friendly building in Slovakia and Slovenia, where we operate since 2018.. In 2022, we have also opened our office in Prague, Czechia.

The greenest office building in Slovenia designed in accordance with Nordic architectural traditions, aesthetics and warmth.

Introduction:

Vilharia aspires to stand out as a highlight of the city where modern human innovation converges with long-standing natural principles. Its goal is to transform the currently underused concrete-covered land into an open, modern, sustainable building. As part of our project, active green roofs are a key feature as they can reduce the effects of the urban heat island, create a healthier environment for the surrounding community, and provide outdoor space for relaxation for its tenants. Together with the unique technologies and ideal location, Vilharia will become a sustainable business hub in the heart of Ljubljana.

Premises:

The project offers a typical floor area of over 5,500 m² and is designed to be highly flexible, whether for one large tenant or multiple smaller units. The greatest flexibility can be found on levels 1 and 2, where the entire building is accessible through all 5 elevator cores. Additionally, the ground floor of the building is dedicated to amenities for both tenants and visitors, creating a vibrant, open space that is accessible from the street. This design ensures that there will always be life in the project, with a constant flow of people coming and going. By creating an accessible and inviting space, we hope to foster a sense of community and create a dynamic environment that encourages interaction and collaboration.

Location:

Vilharia is located directly next to the biggest transport node in the country – the Ljubljana central station and the future Transport Hub, which is interconnected commercial and logistics centre of the city with Vilharia at its heart. Thanks to this prime location, Vilharia has access to excellent public transport connection, parking, amenities, and the rest of the country. It is therefore destined to become the centre of a flourishing business hub.
