Technical Coordinator – Fit Out

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Managing and coordinating all fit-out activities on a given project.
• Reviewing, coordinating, and commenting on project documentation with architects, tenants, and contractors.
• Actively communicating with tenants regarding technical solutions, changes, and implementation requirements.
• Resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with plans, permits, and quality standards.
• Supervising contractors and suppliers and monitoring the quality of work performed on the construction site.
• Leading coordination meetings, preparing lists of defects, and ensuring their rectification.
• Preparing technical specifications and inventories for tenders, participating in the selection of contractors.
• Monitoring project timelines, costs, and financial risks, and preparing regular reports.
• Participating in the handover of premises and technical documentation at the end of the project.

Competencies and experiences:

• Technical education (civil engineering or similar).
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of project documentation and implementation processes.
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Dalux.
• Practical knowledge of English.
• Category B driver's license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, decisiveness, and a results-oriented approach.
