Site Manager - Fit Out

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Managing and coordinating all activities at the assigned construction site, with an emphasis on finishing works (fit-out).
• Organizing and supervising the execution of construction works in accordance with the valid building permit and project documentation.
• Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and material stocks for interior works and the final stages of the project.
• Working closely with subcontractors for interior work and ensuring that tasks are performed correctly and on time.
• Ensuring that all finishing work is carried out in accordance with high quality standards and aesthetic requirements.
• Responsibility for the timely ordering of materials and equipment and inventory management.
• Verification of compliance with construction procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Compliance with technical rules, standards, legislation, and good practices applicable in Slovenia.
• Coordinating the rectification of defects after handover of the facility and managing complaints and delays.
• Regularly reporting on the progress of work, meeting deadlines and targets to the company management.
• Representing the company at meetings with business partners and customers and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Cooperating with the fit-out coordinator and ensuring the coordination of all finishing works.

Competencies and experiences:

• IZS license.
• Education in a relevant field (construction or comparable).
• Practical knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the construction industry.
• Coordination skills and excellent communication skills.
• Decisiveness and a results-oriented approach.
