Site Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Management and coordination of construction activities on sites in accordance with the valid building permit.
• Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and material stocks.
• Ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with predetermined deadlines, scope, and quality.
• Verifying compliance with construction procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Ensuring occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and coordination of work on the construction site from receipt to handover for final inspection.
• Coordinating the repair of defects after handover.
• Ensuring and supervising the implementation of project documentation and conducting audits of contractors.
• Representing the employer at meetings with business partners, communicating with public institutions and state authorities.
• Managing and signing the construction log.
• Regular reporting on the progress of construction work and meeting deadlines to the construction manager.

Competencies and experiences:

• IZS license.
• Education in a relevant field (construction or comparable).
• Practical knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to lead a team and excellent communication skills.
• Decisiveness and a results-oriented approach.
