While winter gardens keep us happy during the dark and cold season, rain gardens are a natural flood protection. That is why we are bringing them to Guthaus - to ensure that not even a drop of rain water gets wasted. Our rain gardens will utilize all the water on the property, cool the air in the surrounding city, and keep plants green and fresh. 🌳🌻🌿

The separation of plastic and paper from regular waste isn’t enough. 🌱

Being aware of this, we also try to reduce the amount of regular waste to a minimum and reuse it wherever we can. For example, our project Einpark has its own electric composter that turns organic waste into a high-quality substrate.

The greenery surrounding our projects is the biggest fan for sure! 🌳🌳🌳
