Our history

We have been building in Slovakia since 2010. Despite our humble beginnings as a small company, we have been one of the most modern and progressive developers in Slovakia.

We have established ourselves on the market, particularly by always offering our customers a healthier alternative and higher housing standards.

From day one, we have tasked ourselves with making each new project a step better than the last. From smaller projects in our early days, we gradually grew and moved towards larger and more ambitious developments in cooperation with the biggest names in world’s architecture and urbanism. Throughout the years, we have successfully revitalized multiple brownfields in Bratislava, converting them into vibrant urban neighbourhoods.

We solidified our position as leaders in ecological development by obtaining a certification for constructing the most environmentally friendly building in Slovakia and Slovenia, where we operate since 2018.. In 2022, we have also opened our office in Prague, Czechia.

As the Senior Sales Specialist, you will not only look after our sales activities but also have the opportunity to influence the design of our city. In this position, you will be a part of our project team and have the opportunity to modify our projects. Therefore the suitable candidate is a team player who engages in visionary design and has a proven track-record in sales management of residential real estate.

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand market dynamics to guide product development, sales strategies and pricing decisions.
  • Actively participate in preparation of new project launches, from pricing to helping devise the marketing strategy to achieve set goals.
  • Participate in the entire life cycle of the projects.
  •  Prepare sales presentations, and conduct sales meetings or viewings with client.
  • Take part in the preparation of sales contracts and assist with the aftersales customer service.

Required skills and experience

  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in newbuild real estate sales, with experience in setting up new projects being an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
