Property Manager - Energy

We are looking for a new collegue who will be responsible for the management, delivery and energy consumption of CORWIN Slovenia's assigned projects. The role will involve preparing monthly energy consumption and billing documents, resolving operational issues at the facilities, managing tenders for energy suppliers, liaising with other departments and proactively making suggestions for potential improvements.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring energy consumption, preparing consumption documents and preparing monthly energy billing documents.
• Managing contractual relations between energy distributors and new tenants in the company's facilities.
• Resolving operational problems in the facilities, arranging installation and replacement of meters for customers.
• Ensuring the signing of electricity supply and distribution contracts with customers.
• Managing tenders for energy suppliers.
• Responsibility for professional communication with subcontractors, customers and regulatory authorities.
• Managing relations with the electricity, heating and cooling and distribution company.
• Manage, operate and balance energy systems, ensuring monitoring and reporting to regulatory authorities.
• Communicate to project managers the conceptual, regulatory and economic aspects of energy supply for the projects they manage and prepare analytical business cases related to energy supply.
• Working with subcontractors.
• Cooperation with other departments.
• Making proposals, providing support to tenants and other departments.

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in the energy sector.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Driving licence category B.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to understand the needs of the employer, customers (tenants) and other contractual partners.
• Ability to deliver results and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to set priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build good business relationships.
• Responsibility, pro-activity, organisation and accuracy.
