Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new member for our HR and Office mng. team with relevant experience in HR and Office area or at least strong experience in one of these areas with willingness to learn. To a selected candidate we are offering challenging tasks in an innovative work environment.

• Handling the entire recruiting process mainly for our Slovenian office, including job ads placement, interviews, cooperation with hiring agencies and also active sourcing;
• Organising internal and external events (e.g. company events, fairs) as well as Employer Branding initiatives;
• Managing training requests and organisation of trainings;
• Participation in and leading HR projects;
• Active involvement in various HR process implementations;
• Participation in internal communication;
• Organisation of business trips;
• Overseeing mobile phone agenda;
• Reviewing relevant local laws and regulations and implementing changes as needed;
• Managing our offices in Bratislava and leading the team of receptionists, as well as handling day to day tasks;
• Coordinating requirements and exchange with different departments;
• Handling requests from Managing Directors and the superior;
• Reporting directly to the Head of HR and Office mng.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor’s degree)
University education (Master’s degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English – Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word – advanced
Microsoft Excel – advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint – advanced
Microsoft Outlook – advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Completed higher education – at least bachelor`s degree (ideally with HR or IT focus);
• Experience in recruiting;
• Experience in active sourcing (LinkedIn);
• Experience in HR and office management;
• Experienced dealing with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Friendly appearance and a high level of service orientation;
• Hands-on mentality, flexibility and stress resistance;
• Independent and precise work style as well as reliability and discretion;
• Very good command of both written and spoken Slovak and English.
